I attended The Strength In Knowing Event in Washington DC. I attend informational events when I can because the knowledge available is truly helpful in my greeting card work. The entire evening at this event was both enlightening and entertaining, a true class act!

That evening I had the priviledge and honor of meeting Ms. Jaclyn Smith, an amazing woman, actress and breast cancer survivor. We spoke about reaching women with life saving information (Early detection is the KEY!) and I of course gave her a set of Crabby Cards to share with her girlfriends. Her story was truly touching as is the work she is now doing to promote awareness. She is currently promoting www.strengthinknowing.com, a very informational site that I hope you will visit soon. I am grateful to have had this wonderful opportunity to learn more from such amazing women.
